- Personal information for coaching and mentoring registration purposes
- Contact details and specific information to inform the booking of a group talk, workshop or mico course

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To share free information, updates, resources and events with subscribers and customers.
- To market new products and services to subscribers
- To ensure all Coaching & Mentoring services are effectively meeting the needs of our customers
- To facilitate the booking for a group talk, workshop or micro course
- To monitor and improve our website and services
- Internal record keeping
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Name and email address through the Mighty Networks platform when purchasing a course
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
Contact course members and add them to our mailing list.
We may share this information with
Quaderno and Stripe, our payment processing and VAT software linked to the Mighty Networks course platform.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep personal contact details and information to inform our services for 1 year after our services have ended. We will then dispose of your service specific information by removing it from all electronic records including email, secure databases and on our company G Drive.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
