Having worked with some of the world’s most renowned creatives, I’m now on a mission to unlock the potential of artists and creative professionals like you.

CERI’S CREATIVE JOURNEY

I’ve been a curator, creative leader, and director of galleries and arts institutions. From publications to festivals to residency programmes, I’ve immersed myself in every nook of the creative world. This experience has gifted me an intimate understanding of the creative process — the highs and the hurdles. I learned that brilliant ideas alone are not enough for true fulfillment; we must embrace the process and learn to manage our minds more effectively too..

Motivated by this belief, I underwent my own transformation, becoming a certified life and business coach. Now, with my guidance, thousands of artists and creative professionals have taken creative risks that led to extraordinary work, attention, accolades, and sales.

CREATE EVERY DAY

Make tons of work, review and edit regularly. Update your website and socials in alignment with where you want to get to.

INVITE FEEDBACK

Ask for feedback, from as many people as possible, as often as possible. You learn heaps and it builds resilience.

DON’T WAIT

If you want something, don’t wait for permission, take action, quickly, in small steps. Ask for help, we get there quicker together.

Ceri Hand is a creative coach, mentor and speaker. She’s also the proud founder of cerihand.com, a haven for creatives to come together, learn to make a profound impact with their work, and earn more doing what they love.

The other hats she wears are of a trustee of Castlefield Gallery, Manchester and an independent member of the Cymru yn Fenis (Wales in Venice) advisory committee 2020-2024.

Prior to establishing Ceri Hand, she held the position of Director of Programmes for Somerset House, where she orchestrated bold exhibitions, captivating live events, and a comprehensive learning programme across the whole historic site. Her leadership contributed to Somerset House’s rise to one of the UK’s top 10 most visited arts attractions, drawing 2.5 million visitors annually.
