I honed my skills as an artist for six years in formal education, waving goodbye with an MA in Sculpture from the Royal College of Art. My technical acumen led me to a role as a 3D tutor and demonstrator at the University of Brighton before I landed in the aerospace industry. My interest in business piqued, so I earned an MBA and worked my way up the corporate ladder in high-tech sectors of aerospace, space, security, and communications.

In 2009, I started to re-evaluate the path I was on and embarked on extensive coach training. After achieving my ICF Credential in 2014, I became a solopreneur, helping corporations, entrepreneurs, and public bodies through coaching, training, and consulting.

In 2017, I uprooted and moved to a 4-acre smallholding in rural Cornwall where I devoted myself to my sculpture practice, while continuing to deliver coaching. I dug into understanding the new landscape of the art world and the strategies for success within it. With this knowledge and through my training in deep transformational coaching, I hold an entirely new outlook on myself and the world.

LIBBY’S COACHING EXPERIENCE

Since 2009, I have been dedicated to my coach training journey. I achieved my International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential and became a Director on their UK Board in 2014. Over 15 years, I have completed thousands of hours of coach training and delivery, and am committed to continuous development, as this craft is one that is always evolving. Just last year I completed Advanced Creativity Coach Training.

My clients often seek me out when they are struggling with one of two challenges: either they lack clarity and need more options, or they know what to do but are unable to take action due to something holding them back. These challenges offer the greatest potential for transformative coaching, where I work with you to uncover your true self.
